Author, yoga teacher + teacher trainer, offering alignment based Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes, privates, workshops, and trainings locally + online. Peach is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).

I'm a San Luis Obispo, California based yoga teacher + teacher trainer with over 15 years of experience working with yoga students of all levels, privately and in groups. Since 2012, I have run highly ranked Teacher Training programs, and am passionate about mentoring new yoga teachers as they launch their careers.

I have a background in eating disorder outreach + treatment. My book, Diary of an Exercise Addict, received international acclaim and was featured in People Magazine and on other media outlets.

Because I love the human body, I teach alignment-focused yoga classes. And because I don't like to waste time, my style is direct and purpose-driven. My primary aim is empowered embodiment: this means you feel strong, connected, aligned, and awake. It means you land in your body, and live there. My job is to give you the tools and skills to achieve this state through the practices of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation.

My classes will make you work hard (expect to sweat, maybe to shake!), but not get hurt. Right alignment means deep physical engagement without any grinding, tearing, or popping.

I love working with students of all levels and abilities, but I'm particularly gifted with intermediate students who want to refine where they're already comfortable, beginners ready to hit the ground running, and advanced students who are willing to see their blind spots and develop deeper, more sustainable skill sets both on and off their mats. As the author of a book about eating disorder recovery, I see a lot of female clients who want a safe place to be in their bodies. My approach, while straightforward, is kind.

I look forward to working with you!
